Lytics Named a Strong Performer in Customer Data Platform Report by Independent Research Firm

Today, Lytics, the first Customer Data Platform (CDP) built to bridge the gap between data and personalization, announced it has been named a Strong Performer in the “The Forester New Wave™: B2B Customer Data Platforms, Q2 2019” report.

Forrester profiled the 13 most significant vendors in the emerging CDP market and ranked against 10 criteria as explained by Forrester principal analyst and report author Steven Casey in his blog post. Forrester reported that Lytics offers robust activation and recommendation capabilities resulting in a differentiated score for those two criteria.
