The Principals

Phil degree in International Relations from Cambridge University, England, where she was a Rotary Scholar; and her law degree, with honors, from the University of Minnesota Law School. She is a frequent speaker on crisis management and developing issues within the media.

Joy Scott founded Scott Public Relations to serve the unique needs of B2B healthcare firms and organizations to communicate complex issues in persuasive terms, in politics, public affairs and business markets.
