The annual list recognizes employers that are setting the standard for distributed work.

With ownership being one of its core values, Muck Rack has embraced remote work for more than a decade, allowing employees to work from anywhere since its founding in 2009. When more companies became remote during the pandemic, Muck Rack doubled down on remote work and closed its Soho office and became a fully distributed company in June 2021.
