They have also joined the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective that same date. As part of these changes, Mr. William (Bill) Kurtz, the Company’s current lead independent director and a Board member since 2019, has been named the Chair of the Board. Mr. Yaniv Sarig has resigned as CEO and from the Board effective yesterday.
