Ignite-TEK today announced that its LucidVueCX customer analytics platform now supports Amazon Transcribe and Amazon Comprehend and is also now available in AWS Marketplace, a digital catalog with thousands of software listings from independent software vendors that makes it easy to find, test, buy, and deploy software that runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Designed to displace traditionally siloed customer analytics practices, the Lucid platform utilizes AWS machine learning solutions to mine 100% of interactions from all customer channels, including unscripted audio (phone calls), broadcast, social media, and online reviews, and then analyzes those interactions for comprehensive insights on trending topics. The resulting output affords a 360-degree view of the complete customer journey from within an intuitive dashboard interface.

Lucid supports Amazon Transcribe, converting speech-to-text from a brand’s recorded free-form calls; and Amazon Comprehend to find behaviors, intents, and relationships from conversational text by using machine learning. Lucid’s availability in AWS Marketplace allows brands to quickly uncover powerful customer insights without the need for expensive and time-consuming on-premises deployment.
