Tailored Brands, Inc. today announced the appointment of Carolyn Pollock as Chief Marketing Officer. She will report to Chief Customer Officer Carrie Ask and will oversee marketing for all of the Company’s retail brands, including Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, Moores Clothing for Men and K&G.
Pollock is a proven marketing and management professional with a 20 year track record of driving growth and building successful brands. She has delivered results in both fast-growth entrepreneurial and established companies by creating a clear vision, articulating focused strategic priorities and managing successful teams.
Tailored Brands Chief Customer Officer Carrie Ask said, “Carolyn joined us in a consulting role in mid-2018 – initially defining the brand strategies for The Men’s Wearhouse and Jos. A. Bank and then overseeing marketing for Jos. A. Bank. She has been instrumental in shaping Jos. A. Bank’s marketing strategy from both a creative and channel perspective. Under Carolyn’s leadership, the brand has seen growth in new customer acquisition, including the important younger generations, and significant increases in e-commerce and store traffic. Pollock brings to this role more than ten years of experience in consulting and interim marketing leadership roles at established companies such as eBay, Dolby, and Facebook, as well as leading startups like Thumbtack, Dashlane, and One Kings Lane. Her consulting experience enables Pollock to combine a fast growth and agile mindset with an understanding of how to drive change in an established organization. Prior to consulting, Ms. Pollock held marketing leadership roles at eBay and started her career with Unilever and Labatt Breweries of Canada.
