Tangoe’s mobility management software will feature technical
integrations with Apple service provider APIs to deliver increased
visibility to product details, new orchestration opportunities and
configurable workflow templates to streamline processes for procuring
and managing Apple devices and services. Additional enrollment
capabilities for Apple devices and services will be introduced later
this year.
Tangoe’s mobility management workflows optimize monthly carrier
expenses, initiate software-driven processes to identify zero-usage
lines, recommend plan and feature changes that create savings
opportunities, and report global call detail records by employee, line,
location and more.
Services Streamline iPhone, iPad and Mac Deployments
Tangoe Advisory Services (TAS) and Tangoe Unified Endpoint Management
(UEM) Services combined with Apple Business Manager can help customers
new to iOS or macOS streamline deployment and management of devices and
apps.
The team assesses customers’ iOS, Mac and Wi-Fi deployment readiness,
offloads UEM administration and enables automated device configuration
with Apple Business Manager to integrate macOS with existing directory
services to accelerate employee choice initiatives.
One-Stop Support for Apple Products and Platforms Increases Employee
Satisfaction
Tangoe’s 24/7 global help desk currently supports administrators and end
users for more than eight million Apple devices. As an Apple managed
service provider, Tangoe’s experts can now take calls for any Apple
product running iOS or macOS.
With Tangoe’s current first-call resolution rate of 96%, customers will
be delighted to be able to call into the help desk, speak to a
knowledgeable expert and have their issue(s) resolved as quickly as
possible. This includes expanded U.S. reverse logistics capabilities for
device repairs and replacements with Apple genuine parts. For existing
customers who already rely on Tangoe’s mobility help desk for iOS
support, they will now be able to utilize the same team of tech experts
to handle macOS support requests. For customers of AppleCare Enterprise
Support, this means they can escalate through a single team for
Apple-related cases.
