The company also announced that Johanna Torres has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Content & Marketing, assuming Smith’s previous duties in that area.

She has also held leadership roles at Tribune Publishing Company and The Walt Disney Company. Smith earned a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley.

In her most recent role as Vice President of Content and Editorial Development at Wild Sky Media, she assembled a first-class team of editors and writers, creating unique content driving unique visitors and pageviews.
