Offel possesses broad multi-site healthcare experience, including significant dental expertise as the former President and CEO of My Dentist. In addition to several other senior executive roles, Offel served as an Army Blackhawk helicopter pilot in multiple key leadership positions and is currently serving as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for Oklahoma.

Offel succeeds Michael Burcham as Lead Independent Director. Burcham has assumed the role of Chief of Strategy and Talent Development at Shore and will remain on the GLDP Board.
