(OTCPK: STRH) is pleased to announce it has entered into a binding Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with Hyper 30 Data, a national technology integrator specializing in wireless solutions, fiber optics OPS/ISP, and network equipment for multi-location facilities including hospitals and schools, as well as for several Fortune 500 companies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
