The resource estimate was completed by Viscount Mining Corp. (Viscount) who retained Mr. Harald Hoegberg to update the mineral resource estimate conducted by Arseneau Consulting Services (ACS) in 2018 on the Kate Silver Resource (KSR), a deposit located on Viscount's Silver Cliff property, just north of the town of Silver Cliff, in Custer County, Colorado.
(3) The Inferred Mineral Resource in this estimate has a lower level of confidence than that applied to an Indicated Mineral Resource and must not be converted to a Mineral Reserve.
It is reasonably expected that the majority of the Inferred Mineral Resource could be upgraded to an Indicated Mineral Resource with continued exploration.
