(the “Issuer”), intends to offer an additional $1,125.0 million aggregate principal amount of the Issuer’s outstanding 10.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2032 (the “Tack-On Notes”), subject to market and other conditions (the “Notes Offering”).

(the “Issuer”), intends to offer an additional $1,125.0 million aggregate principal amount of the Issuer’s outstanding 10.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2032 (the “Tack-On Notes”), subject to market and other conditions (the “Notes Offering”).
The Issuer intends to use the net proceeds of the Notes Offering to redeem all of its outstanding 8.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2026 (the “2026 Notes”), to pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of a portion of outstanding indebtedness.
This press release shall not constitute a notice of redemption for the 2026 Notes.
Any offers of the Tack-On Notes will be made only by means of a private offering memorandum.
