Tripadvisor Announces Chief Financial Officer Succession

NEEDHAM, Mass., Oct. 11, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Tripadvisor, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRIP) today announced that Ernst Teunissen will retire from his role as Chief Financial Officer to pursue other interests, and that Mike Noonan will join the company as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, effective October 31, 2022.  Through the first quarter of 2023, Teunissen will be actively engaged with key finance and strategy initiatives as well as facilitating a smooth CFO transition.
