Tallgrass today announced it has begun a comprehensive reappraisal of plans for commercial development of the proposed Plaquemines Liquids Terminal (PLT), a joint development project with Drexel Hamilton Infrastructure Partners in concert with the Plaquemines Port & Harbor Terminal District (PPHTD) in southeast Louisiana.
