EWNJ is dedicated to increasing female representation in N.J. corporate boardrooms and leadership positions. In 2023, American Water was one of four companies to have reached or exceeded gender parity on its board and was honored during EWNJ’s biennial corporate gender diversity awards and power networking breakfast in Florham Park, N.J. on October 26.
