As CRO, Riley will drive strategic business growth, overseeing iHire's Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams as he focuses on expanding into new customer segments and partnerships while strengthening operations overall. Riley will also create and execute future strategic plans to boost revenue and capture greater market share.

Riley comes to iHire from Arcade, a gamification software company, where he served as CRO. At Arcade, Riley grew sales exponentially, increased demand generation, and reduced customer acquisition costs (CAC). Prior, he spent over seven years at DoctorLogic, a marketing platform for healthcare providers, first as Director of Sales, then as VP Sales and Marketing before becoming CRO. Riley has also held sales management roles at software companies such as DealerTrack and ClickMotive. Additionally, he serves as an advisor and investor to startups and venture capital firms.
