CTO Realty Growth Announces Sale of The Carpenter Hotel Ground Lease in Austin, Texas For $17.1 Million

WINTER PARK, Fla., March 14, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CTO Realty Growth, Inc. (NYSE: CTO) (the “Company” or “CTO”) today announced the closing of the sale of The Carpenter Hotel ground lease located in Austin, Texas to an affiliate of Timberline Real Estate Partners (the “Buyer”). The Buyer exercised their existing purchase option for a sales price of $17.1 million, representing an exit cap rate of 5.66%. The proceeds are expected to be part of a Section 1031 like-kind exchange.

Year-to-date, the Company has completed the sale of two single tenant net lease properties for total disposition volume of $24.0 million, representing a weighted average exit cap rate of 6.0%.
