The new solution is 10x faster for the same encoding quality, resulting in immediate associated cost savings when running Beamr CABR on NVIDIA GPUs in the Cloud. Using the integrated solution, which is in advanced stages of development, video providers can optimize video files and live video streams in real time, improving the user experience and reducing storage and delivery costs.

NVIDIA NVENC is a high-quality, high-performance hardware video encoder that is built into most NVIDIA GPUs. NVENC offloads video encoding to hardware, and provides extreme performance for applications such as live video encoding, cloud gaming and cloud storage. NVIDIA GPUs with NVENC are available on all major cloud platforms, including Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Baidu Cloud and Tencent Cloud.
