Godspeed Capital Management LP (“Godspeed Capital”), a lower middle-market Defense & Government services, solutions, and technology focused private equity firm, today announced the successful acquisition of Exceptional Software Strategies, Inc. (“ESS” or the “Company”), a leading provider of information technology solutions to mission-oriented Federal agencies, including members of the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense agencies. ESS boasts a 25-year history of successfully integrating mission-critical information technology solutions across the Intelligence Community.
