The Aviation Industry Celebrates the 2019 APEX Awards Winners and First APEX + Crystal Cabin Recipients
This year's winners successfully implemented new programs and services this year.
BOSTON, Sept. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The members of the airline industry's second-largest association, APEX (The Airline Passenger Experience Association), honored their peers tonight as they celebrated the top innovators from airlines and vendor partners around the globe. This year's winners successfully implemented new programs and services this year. Winners were announced Monday evening at APEX's annual Awards Ceremony during APEX EXPO. Brian Kelly, CEO and founder of The Points Guy, emceed the event sponsored by Spafax and Thales.

New to the APEX award lineup is the APEX + Crystal Cabin Award for Best Customer Journey Experience. This award comprises all products that help to improve the customer experience journey (inspiration, planning, booking, purchase, pre-trip, departure, in-flight and post-trip) across airline travel categories.
