• Adjusted for currency exchange, commodity movements and acquisitions, revenue increased by 2% in the fourth quarter.
• Fourth quarter Adjusted Operating Income, a non-GAAP financial measure defined below, was $600 million, compared to $523 million in the prior year period.
• During the fourth quarter of 2023, the Company repurchased 3.8 million shares for approximately $300 million, leaving approximately $1.6 billion available for future share repurchases.
