Keysight Verifies Autotalks’ 5G New Radio Vehicle-to-Everything System-on-a-Chip

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) has enabled Autotalks to verify the TEKTON3 vehicle-to-everything (V2X) system-on-a-chip (SoC) that meets the physical layer specifications of the 3GPP 5G New Radio (NR) Release 16 (Rel-16) Sidelink standards using PathWave V2X solutions.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) has enabled Autotalks to verify the TEKTON3 vehicle-to-everything (V2X) system-on-a-chip (SoC) that meets the physical layer specifications of the 3GPP 5G New Radio (NR) Release 16 (Rel-16) Sidelink standards using PathWave V2X solutions.
Sidelink is a feature of 3GPP Rel-16 that supports direct communication between two devices and is a key enabler of next-generation 5G NR V2X Day 2 use cases that improve road safety.
An example of a Day 2 use case is cooperative perception, where two vehicles with 5G NR V2X technology can communicate with each other and share information detected by the vehicles’ sensors.
Autotalks used the PathWave X-Series measurement application for 5G NR V2X operating on the Keysight MXA signal analyzer and the PathWave Signal Generation for 5G NR V2X running on the Keysight EXG signal generator to test the TEKTON3 5G V2X transceiver.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) has validated the performance and design of an Astella 5G Open RAN millimeter wave (mmWave) small cell base station using the end-to-end Keysight Open RAN Architect (KORA) solutions in compliance with 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) standards.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) has validated the performance and design of an Astella 5G Open RAN millimeter wave (mmWave) small cell base station using the end-to-end Keysight Open RAN Architect (KORA) solutions in compliance with 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) standards.
To meet this need, Keysight provides Open RAN solution providers such as Astella with Open RAN design, emulation, and test expertise to bring new equipment to the market faster.
Working closely together, Keysight and Astella validated 5G Open RAN small cell base stations end-to-end by emulating the network functions of a 5G mmWave integrated small cell, a 5G customer premises equipment (CPE), and a 5G core network configured in 5G NR standalone mode.
Using Keysight's test methodologies, Astella ensured the qualification of its product design and validated that the 5G signal constellation and decoded results adhere to 3GPP and Open RAN specifications.

Mavenir validated its massive MIMO (mMIMO) 32TRX Active Antenna Unit (AAU) for open integration with the Keysight Technologies O-RU conformance and certification testing solution.
Mavenirs OpenBeam mMIMO 32TRX AAU, is a high-performance O-RAN based Radio Unit (O-RU) supporting 400Mhz instantaneous bandwidth and 200 Mhz occupied bandwidth to meet high capacity and RAN sharing use cases.
Through the successful integration and testing at the PlugFest in Berlin, Mavenir aims to accelerate the adoption of open, disaggregated and standards-based solutions.
