(NYSE: JOF) (the “Fund”) announces that Hiroaki Tanaka of Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“NAM-Tokyo”) has replaced Makoto Ito of NAM-Tokyo as the Fund’s deputy portfolio manager effective April 30, 2024.
