(Nasdaq: STKS) and Kona Grill Acquisition, LLC (KGA), its wholly owned subsidiary (collectively, The ONE Group), today announced KGA has completed the purchase of substantially all the assets of Kona Grill, Inc. and its affiliated entities (collectively, Kona Grill).
