(TSX.V: SASK) (FRA: X5U) (OTCQB: SASKF) (“ATHA” or the “Company”), holder of the largest uranium exploration portfolio in two of the highest-grade uranium districts in the world, is pleased to announce that the Company has commenced Phase I (diamond drilling) of its 2024 Angilak Exploration Program at its 100%-owned Angilak Project in Nunavut. Phase I is comprised of ~10,000 m of diamond drilling targeting the expansion of high-grade uranium mineralization at the Lac 50 Deposit and adjacent mineralized zones.

(“Gold Royalty” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: GROY) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with National Bank Financial Inc. and BMO Capital Markets Corp., as joint book-runners, on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters (collectively, the “Underwriters”), pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 17,442,000 units of the Company (the “Units”) at a price of US$1.72 per Unit (the “Offering Price”), for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$30 million (the “Offering”).

The Option Agreement grants Riverboat an exclusive option (the “Option”) to acquire an undivided 70% interest in ATHA’s Vista property (the “Vista Property”), situated within the Company’s East Rim Exploration District, located in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. The Option Agreement is subject to Riverboat fulfilling the option considerations and exploration expenditures detailed in the Option Agreement.
