Writer/Director Robert Moniot took the first prize with his screenplay, The Ice Cream Man, the true story of a Jewish ice cream parlor owner, Ernst Cahn, who was targeted by the infamous "Butcher of Lyon," Nazi SS and SD, Klaus Barbie.
