    Karlsruhe (Germany), March 9, 2022 - Today, the Supervisory Board decided to conduct a strategic realignment of the Management Board of asknet Solutions AG (Ticker symbol: ASKN; ISIN: DE000A2E3707; WKN: A2E370).
  • At the same time, the Supervisory Board decided to strengthen the Management Board by appointing Mr. Aston Fallen and Mr. Thomas Garrahan, who also represent Good Cause Capital S.A., the majority shareholder of the Company, as Co-CEOs of asknet Solutions AG, effective immediately.
