The Supervisory Board of RHN-KLINIKUM AG appointed two new members to the Board of Management on 10th August and thus took an important step in setting the course for the strategic partnership. - The Supervisory Board also decided at the meeting that no new Chairman or Spokesman of the Management Board should be appointed initially.
- Eugen Mnch, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of RHN-KLINIKUM AG, stated: "With Dr. Christian Hftberger and Dr. Stefan Stranz the Supervisory Board has appointed to the Board of Management of RHN-KLINIKUM AG two strong personalities who both have many years of talented management experience in the German healthcare system.
- Dr. Stranz's appointment to the RHN Board of Management is subject to the Supervisory Board of Asklepios Kliniken Hamburg GmbH consenting to his premature departure.
