On May 26, 2020, Asklepios Kliniken GmbH & Co. KGaA obtained approval from the Bundeskartellamt to pool the joint shares in RHN-KLINIKUM AG (RKA) held with RHN founder Eugen Mnch in a joint venture and for the voluntary public takeover offer for all outstanding shares in RKA.
