TORONTO, Dec. 5, 2018 /CNW/ -Today, Dr. Ivan Zinger, Correctional Investigator of Canada, is pleased to announce that Ms. Renu Mandhane, Chief Commissioner of the Ontario Human Rights Commission (OHRC), is the 2018 recipient of the Ed McIsaac Human Rights in Corrections Award.
