SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 25, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) has elected Berkeley Mayor Jesse Arreguin as its new president and Napa County Supervisor Belia Ramos to serve as Vice President of the regional land use planning agency and council of governments.
