WESTCHESTER, Ill., April 19, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Illinois House Speaker Emanuel "Chris" Welch was unanimously recommended to serve as the new Proviso Township Committeeman in a meeting held Friday evening of the Executive Committee, replacing the late Karen Yarbrough.
