PTK Acquisition Corp. Announces Pricing of $100 Million Initial Public Offering

NEW YORK, July 13, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- PTK Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: PTK.U, the "Company") announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on the NYSE American ("NYSE American") and trade under the ticker symbol "PTK.U" beginning July 13, 2020. Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one warrant to purchase one half of one share at $11.50 per whole share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the NYSE American under the symbols "PTK" and "PTK WS" respectively.

The offering is expected to close on July 15, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

Chardan acted as sole book running manager in the offering.
