Capstead Mortgage Corporation Declares a $0.15 Per Share First Quarter 2020 Common Dividend and a $0.46875 Per Share First Quarter 2020 Series E Preferred Dividend

Capstead Mortgage Corporation (NYSE: CMO) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a first quarter 2020 common dividend of $0.15 per common share. The dividend is payable on April 20, 2020 to common stockholders of record as of March 31, 2020.

Capstead’s Board of Directors also declared a first quarter 2020 dividend of $0.46875 per share on its 7.50% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: CMOPRE). This dividend is payable on April 15, 2020 to Series E preferred stockholders of record as of March 31, 2020.
