Galvanize CEO Laurie Schultz Named One of Canada’s Most Powerful Women

Galvanize, the global leader in SaaS governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) software, today announced that the company’s CEO Laurie Schultz has been recognized with the Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100™ award. With this fourth consecutive win, Schultz has been inducted into the Women’s Executive Network’s (WXN) Hall of Fame.

She also frequently mentors C-level executives on strategies relating to global revenue growth, talent attraction, succession planning, business model transformation, and technology adoption.

As an advocate of diversity and giving back, Schultz was a Director and Chair of Vancouver’s Dress for Success for six years, as well as a board member of MacKay CEO Forums. She continues her advocacy and community work through her role leading the Canadian-headquartered Galvanize. The company offers paid volunteer days and corporate sponsorship for organizations emphasizing female leadership and empowerment including the Vancouver Board of Trade We For She Conference, the BC Tech Hub, Women in Technology groups, Aunt Leah's Place, BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, and the Ronald McDonald House. Her recently launched initiative, “Galvanize the Community Day,” funded every Galvanize employee to make a difference in their community, or donate to a charity of their choice.
