Select Communications Completes Second Acquisition in 12 Months

AUSTIN, Texas, July 24, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Technology solutions provider Select Communications has acquired Lighthouse Conferencing, a Denver-area reseller of collaboration and conferencing services. The acquisition comes just 12 months after Select Communications acquired GCI Conferencing in 2018. Finalized on July 1, this latest acquisition sees the solution provider bolster its organization with the additions of Lighthouse Conferencing's staff and customer base, solidifying the Austin-based company as one of the most experienced and innovative collaboration providers on the market.
