Fermium Research Names Gazieva Vice President

Fermium Research LLC, an investment research and advisory company, today announced that Aziza Gazieva has been promoted to Vice President of Equity Research.

“Gazieva will assume greater responsibilities given Fermium Research’s rising trajectory. She will be responsible for spearheading Fermium’s efforts to improve the quality and quantity of the multiple deliverables required by our institutional clients,” said Frank J. Mitsch, Senior Managing Director at Fermium Research. “She’s also taking the leadership role for Fermium’s summer intern program.”

In her prior position as Senior Research Associate, Gazieva was instrumental in positioning Fermium as one of the premier providers of independent research specializing in the ever-changing chemicals sector. Her value was truly exposed as she took charge during the May 7 Fermium Research Chemicals Conference with nearly 100 attendees and 13 presenting companies.

Prior to Fermium Research, Gazieva spent six years at Wells Fargo Securities and in early 2016, transitioned from corporate banking to chemicals equity research. She was a key contributor to help the team rank in the 2017 and 2018 Institutional Investor’s All-America Research Survey. Gazieva graduated from New York University in 2013 with a major in Economics.
