Leading Proxy Advisory Firm ISS Recommends MindMed Shareholders Vote FOR All Six Company Nominees

(“ISS”) has recommended shareholders vote for ALL of MindMed’s six highly qualified director nominees at the upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders (“Annual Meeting”), scheduled for June 15, 2023.
