In his career spanning more than two decades, Mr. Stroble has always been deeply focused on finance, actuarial, and product. After spending the first decade of his career with Zurich and Farmers Insurance, in 2008 Stroble moved to Florida to run commercial product for American Strategic Insurance. After a successful run growing and increasing the profit of the book, he left to run all personal lines for Bankers Insurance where he led a team in the creation of a highly analytical simplified quoting and marketing process which, among other awards, won the Celent Model Insurance Award for innovation in 2014.
