In her 34 years with Ector County, Wills has worked in all areas of education, from classroom teacher, curriculum specialist, assistant principal, principal, and director of literacy to executive director of curriculum and instruction. In her current role, she works directly with the district's online tutoring programs, including FEV Tutor, to accelerate learning for students.
