Since then, the Company has signed multiple authorized dealer appointment letters with the intention to enter into a formal dealer agreement with key powersports dealers across the US, including BIG #1 Motorsports in Birmingham, AL, Yamaha Sports Plaza in Fairview, OR and Express Powersports in Bourbonnais, IL for the planned distribution and sale of its full line-up of electric powersports vehicles beginning 2023.
