In this role, Glen is responsible for directing and coordinating supply
chain processes, procurement, production and resource planning. He will
be responsible for costs, personnel and the implementation of company
policies as they apply to supply chain management. Other direct
responsibilities include enforcing safety standards, managing customer
demand, developing tools and processes, establishing supplier
relationships and being a strong leader for his team.
“Dale is a manufacturing leader that knows how to expertly manage a
supply chain from top to bottom,” said Tony Fonk, president and CEO,
SpotSee. “His hard work and sustained success made him the logical
choice to fill this role as SpotSee continues to grow.”
Glen has more than 24 years of experience in manufacturing, quality
control, plant management and supply chain optimization. His growth from
a production supervisor to spearheading the implementation of solutions
throughout an entire supply chain is indicative of Glen’s constant drive
for growth and success. Throughout his career, Glen has been credited
with improving the quality of products, reducing large amounts of
manufacturing waste, increasing overall production, greatly reducing
hazard incidents and has demonstrated strong budgeting skills. He is
also known for his history as a results-driven leader, his ability to
streamline operations and his track record of safety. Additionally, he
has earned several industry certifications including a Lean
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Before starting at SpotSee in 2012, Glen was a materials manager at
General Cable Corporation. While there, he was responsible for materials
flow, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, distribution and customer
satisfaction. Previously, Glen was a manufacturing manager for Gepco and
ISOTEC. He worked at ISOTEC for 13 years in multiple positions including
plant manager and shift production supervisor before transitioning to
