MIDDLEFIELD, Ohio, May 10, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Middlefield Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: MBCN) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share payable on June 15, 2022, to shareholders of record on June 3, 2022.
