ITM Provides n.c.a. Lutetium-177 as Long-Term Supplier for Recently Approved Novel Radiotherapeutic in Metastatic Prostate Cancer

ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE (ITM), a leading radiopharmaceutical biotech company, supports Advanced Accelerator Applications, a Novartis company, as a long-term supplier for the medical radioisotope component of the newly U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved radiotherapeutic, Pluvicto^TM (lutetium Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan) for the treatment of adult patients with prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have been treated with androgen receptor pathway inhibition and taxane-based chemotherapy. ITM will now supply its medical radioisotope n.c.a. ¹⁷⁷Lu (EndolucinBeta^®), a core component of the newly approved radiotherapeutic, for the commercial phase based on a supply agreement entered in 2020, supporting the scalability and security-of-supply for patients worldwide.
