Installed Building Products Announces the Acquisition of CFI Insulation, Inc.

Installed Building Products, Inc. (the “Company” or “IBP”) (NYSE: IBP), an industry-leading installer of insulation and complementary building products, announced today the acquisition of CFI Insulation, Inc. (“CFI”). Established in 2003, CFI is headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee and primarily installs fiberglass and spray foam insulation into new residential, multifamily and commercial construction projects.
