FG Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: FGF) (the “Company”) today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 652,174 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $4.00 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $2.6 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. The Company granted the representative of the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 97,826 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

ThinkEquity acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.
