SCAN’s Great Place to Work Certification comes after a recent survey of the organization’s more than 1,300 employees revealed:
- 89% of employees say it is a great place to work, compared to 59% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

- 92% of employees say, “Our facilities contribute to a good working environment.”

- 91% of employees say, “Our customers would rate the service we deliver as ‘excellent.’”
In addition, when employees were asked what makes SCAN Health Plan a great workplace, they frequently used words like “home,” “community” and “culture” in their responses.

According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly and have a fair chance at promotion.
