Social Solutions Global (“Social Solutions”), the leading provider of cloud software for non-profit and public sector social good organizations, today announced it will acquire Athena Software, a leading case management software solution, to accelerate their combined pace of innovation and impact on outcomes for social good organizations. Social Solutions and Athena Software are perfectly aligned in purpose, mission and values, with complementary products and solutions, creating a significant opportunity for their clients to increase the positive impact they make in the communities they serve.

Social Solutions expects the acquisition to close in 60 days or sooner, pending satisfaction of all relevant and customary terms and conditions, including regulatory clearance under the Investment Canada Act.
