EAST HARTFORD, Conn., Feb. 6, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- To help address a state shortage of healthcare workers, Goodwin University recently applied to the Connecticut Department of Public Health Board of Examiners for Nursing for approval to offer a new Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) certificate program.

  • In accordance with a motion adopted by the 1989 NCSBN Delegate Assembly, the NCSBN BOD evaluates the passing standard for the NCLEX Examinations every three years to protect the public by ensuring minimal competence for entry-level nurses.
