(“GLAAM”), a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural media glass, today announced Jaguar Global shareholder approval of an extension to extend the date by which Jaguar Global has to consummate a business combination (the “Termination Date”) and appointees for the Board of Directors relating to the previously announced business combination.
